For the platform: no. Build an Apps project or complex integration on top? Then we charge a one-off project price, agreed up front in phases.

Yes. The base license and modules are cancellable monthly. You export your data in standard formats, no vendor lock-in.

No penalty on growth: you pay for what you use. On shrink you turn off modules or credits easily. On big scaling we discuss whether a tiered agreement makes sense.
