Vijf stappen: discovery, ontwerp, bouw, test en livegang. Iedere stap eindigt met een review-moment waarin we vastleggen wat we gezien en gekozen hebben. Geen verrassingen achteraf.
Tijdens discovery 1 á 2 sessies van 2 uur. Tijdens bouw wekelijks een uur review. Bij livegang en eerste weken iets meer voor acceptatie. We rekenen met max. 10% van een FTE uit jouw team.
Meestal binnen 2 tot 4 weken een klikbaar prototype. Tussen week 4 en 8 een eerste werkende versie met echte data. Daarna iteratief uitbreiden tot livegang.
Dat gebeurt bijna altijd. We werken met een rollende backlog: nieuwe inzichten gaan op de stack, prioriteit beslissen we samen elke twee weken. Vaste deadlines, flexibele inhoud.
Een nazorgperiode van 4 weken met dagelijkse monitoring, daarna ga je over op het standaard supportcontract. Eens per kwartaal kijken we mee voor verbeteringen en updates.
